We are always happy to talk via phone or email 0800 465 767 or team@InkPost.co.nz
Still unsure
Take advantage of our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee! Use the computer for up to 30 days and if you are not completely satisfied we will happily take it back and replace with a different one or give you your money back.
Haven’t they been reconditioned
All our computers are Ex-Lease not refurbished. This is an important point, Ex-Lease means it has worked perfectly from the start and has not had any fault, refurbished means it was faulty and has now been repaired. InkPost doesn’t deal in any previously faulty computers.
Will it go fast
All our computers come with high quality Intel Processors and Solid State Hard Drives. This means they will run fast and will run a lot better than a low value new computer
How old is it and does it have much life left
Our computers range from 2-3 years old and to be honest computer technology hasn’t advanced much in the last few years, all of our computers will run just as fast as a new machine and we expect them to have at least 5+ more years of life left in them.
We have very few problems with our computers, generally after a computer has run for a year without fault it will continue to run great for a long time to come.? Faults with computers normally occur at the start of their life due to a manufacturing fault.
How about the battery
Although our warranty doesn’t cover the battery we do guarantee that all batteries with laptops will hold at least 80% off their original charge, and if we are being honest with you the battery is the only part of a laptop that does deteriorate over time, if you keep your laptop for a few years you may find it beneficial to buy a new battery at some stage. New batteries cost between $80-$120.
